What configuration changes are needed in Sharepoint and crm after installing new domain controller?

We are running Sharepoint and Crm on its own server. Recently we upgraded our Primary domain controller to Windows Server 2012. We still have an old backup domain controller in place that is running windows server 2003. We plan on replacing the windows server 2003 backup domain controller with a new windows server 2012 machine as the backup dc. We noticed when the backup domain controller is shutdown or rebooted that we lose our connection with sharepoint. What configuration changes are needed in Sharepoint and crm so they look to the new domain controller?

Create new service accounts in new domain which means App pool account and the services which runs under domain acccount.
Once done stop SharePoint services and remove the server from old domain and add to new domain.
Add the necessary permissions to newly created service accounts in above group Local Administrator, WSS_WPG, WSS_ADMIN & IIS_WPG in SP server.
Also necessary permissions required in SQL like dbcreator, securityadmin.
Once done run the above command for all the service accounts : stsadm -o migrateuser -oldlogin DOMAIN\user -newlogin DOMAIN\user -ignoresidhistory
