Own cloud is not a mail relay.

You need to allow relaying of mail via the exchange server.

You have two options.  (these are my opinions  but are not strictly secure)

option1
set up a open relay and lock it down to the server running own cloud in exchange.and relay via the exchange server

option 2
install the smtp service role and configure this to send emails. you may need to open firewall ports to send, depending on your config.

option3
use your isp to relay the mail form the server  ( contact your ISP get their mail server details and find out if they allow relaying from with in their network. ( this may be blocked as spam. however i have very good success with this set up.)
