calling web api methods from asp.net 3.5

Hello all ,
I am trying to call webapi method from asp.net 3.5.
I tried HttpClient , but it works only on framework 4.0
any help ?

As far as my experience lasts, you'll have to use some 3rd party tool for that which relies on .NET 3.5 or use .NET 4.0.
