screensaver - convert mp4 file to scr

Hi, we have a .mp4 file and I need to make this into a screensaver for windows 7 and then deploy it via appsense.

I cant seem to find any decent software to do this, apart from free stuff which looks potentially dangerous to run on a corporate network

does anyone have any ideas? don't care if we have to buy the software which does it

many thanks

Your lucky day,
just the other day I contributed with a different question about creating a screensaver for Halloween and offered this Ultimate Screensaver maker
I made one to show the asker how it works and is still there in the dropbox along with other tips.. you can check it out here
Ultra Screensaver maker/ agree it works perfectly.
If you read through my comments you see a few buts!!!
If you don't read it  I'll then share with you they offer it at $19.95 but after testing it ( great tool) in order to have the video options add video and to remove the Created by Ultra ScreenSaver Logo you have to buy the premium/ of course you get to keep it for life, to create a scr.
I bought the Premium since they offered a discount coupon with my email and am very happy with it. So if you need help I can assist you :)
premium Ultra screensaver maker Use the program free of charge for a maximum of 21 days to test it  but every scr will have that logo over the top
In this link on the left is a panel for video demo and features, have a look at the features> the option to save the screensaver either as just a .scr  or> Created screensaver is actually stand-alone installation package (.exe), so you can distribute it easily. << so you give all the clients this screensaver to install.
Purchasing it will solve your problem to convert a video to .scr
Supports mp4, just drag and drop/ play it ( small screen) test it ( don't move mouse) goes full screen
Drag and drop mp4 on but as you know windows 7 nolonger uses a theme.dll rather windows aero
If it helps
How to deploy a custom screen saver with a .themepack-file on Windows 7 (x64)?
I hope you come back since I wrote all this up for you
