I have a table called Words.
I want to search another table called Spells.
I want to read each record in Words and see if Flda is contained in any of the Spells records.
If I do find a match, I want to update Spells record with a code from Words.

Words:

Flda     Code

Sam     4568
Joe       2345

Spells:  (before)  Fld called Big  .  Below are 3 records from Spells.
