I know little citrix but still want to learn 6.5 administration basic level. I can access my office citrix console. I want to know what are general things that i can browse and learn. What are the admin tasks I can learn.

You can session details, You can manage the citrix farm, publish apps, manager servers, citrix policies, zones all these details you can get it from console. Yon need learn XenApp Components, XenApp Servers: Session Host-Only ,
Data Store, Local Host Cache, Independent Management Architecture. for more details on xenapp 6.5 use this citrix library doc http://support.citrix.com/proddocs/topic/xenapp-xendesktop/ps-library-wrapper.html
