OneDrive for Business

I'm having issues with trying to share a folder on OneDrive.
I've installed the software on the computer, sync'd the files up to the cloud and then tried to share the folder out to colleagues.
On my PC, One Drive is saying there is 4889 files uploaded and everything is up to date.
However when I go to share the folder from the OneDrive portal, it gives me the following error:
"The number of items in this list exceeds the list view threshold which is 5000 items."
Apparently the list view threshold is at 5334 - she doesn't have 600 folders in there so can't understand where this is coming from!!
Please can someone help me out as we would really like to get the folder shared!
