change default words in a new installation of wordpress

I see
'my blog'
at top left of screen in browser I have not logged into

How to change
'my blog'
to 'mydomainName'

and 'sample page'
to
'my page'

First, log into your WordPress admin system.

To change label in upper left, go to settings -> general. Edit the Site Title to be what you want and then click the "Save Changes" button.

To change the "sample page", go to pages -> all pages. Then click on the "Sample Page" so you get to the Edit Page screen for this page. Change the text in the title area near the top, which will currently be "Sample Page", to whatever you want and then click the "update" button in the publish section in the right rail.
