Exchange Calendar information is different between Outlook and OWA

I have an issue where some users report that they don't see updated calendar in Outlook and that certain dates don't have any information. They also report that when they login to OWA, information in calendar is available. Don't know how to troubleshoot this problem. Your input and help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Two things come to mind:

- You have a few users that had corrupt outlook profiles and never knew, thus why you are finding out about this now (Answer: recreate the profile)
- The calendar items in question are corrupt or the mailboxes are corrupt (Answer; try to remove the calendar item, and if that doesnt work do New-MailboxRepairRequest against those mailboxes)

I would first try recreating the Outlook profile, and make sure you delete the OST file.
