google is marking email as spam

I am using PHP Mailer to login and send email. When the email is delivered to any user on google, google think's is't spam.

How do I whitelist this on google? The email is going to be delivered to only 1 gmail address.

Spamming is done on some criteria
Subject line
body content
Frequency of mail sent of same subject, from same ip

Please provide subject line if possible

Please put default line that if you want to unsubscribe please click here and so on

If you could explain what type of data would be present in the mail it would easy to answer.
Check whether ip/domain/nameserver through which you are trying to send mail is not blacklisted
