Daylight Saving time on Polycom SoundPoint IP phones and FreePBX not updating automatically

When Daylight Saving changes occur, our Polycom SoundPoint phones (we have 335's, 450's, and 550's) never update the time accordingly. I have to go into the SIP.cfg and modify the timezone there and reboot the phones. There has to be a way that this happens automatically as with every other piece of computer equipment. How do I make sure these phones just update their time automatically without my involvement?
