Where to find free ITL/CTL file eraser?

Hi,

looking for a free bulk ITL/CTL file eraser for Cisco IP phones, unfortunately CUCM does not provide such basic small tools.
Trial versions does not provide help it will only show the phones having invalid ITL/CTL.

You could also set the Enterprise Parameter: "Prepare Cluster for Rollback to Pre 8.0" to override possible mismatching situations

Callmanager 10 has a way to bulk delete these I think.
