If you can access to the Web configuration page of the modem, probably you can configure the DNS settings for the modem.
Of course this will depend of the modem.

So try to check the modem model, then check the vendor web page for that model and check what is or not possible to do.

Normally this setting has to be configured on the Wan option of the configuration page of the modem, and is usually configured for Dynamic.

I hope it helps.

I know to do that, but I wish I could make the radius to do that. I can also send the modem ip address and dns addresses by using Dhcp. I am only asking if the radius/dialup/NPS can do the same thing.

I'm not really sure if that is entirely possible with out the DHCP sending all the info.
I´m saying this because all address for the remote clients are issued by the DHCP server with the defined scope and the options should be configured in the DHCP server.

The Radius and NPS are responsible for the authentication mechanisms or enforce policies and not to layer 3 distribution.
