If you can access to the Web configuration page of the modem, probably you can configure the DNS settings for the modem. <br />
Of course this will depend of the modem.<br />

So try to check the modem model, then check the vendor web page for that model and check what is or not possible to do.<br />

Normally this setting has to be configured on the Wan option of the configuration page of the modem, and is usually configured for Dynamic.<br />

I know to do that,but I wish I could make the radius to do that. I can also send the modem ip address and dns addresses by using Dhcp. I am only asking if the radius/dialup/NPS can do the same thing.
