Hi,

How do I upgrade from Exchange 2007 SP1 to Exchange 2007 SP3 with RU13?

you run the setup as you normally would to install
make sure you have a full backup first

once that is done, install update rollup 14 which is the latest

Update Rollup 14 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 3

Can you please send me the link for the whole process? It seems quite lengthy and complicated when I googled it.

if you did the initial installation, the service pack install works the same way
the only additional step you need to do once in the beginning is to run (from an elevated command prompt)  setup /ps to prepare the schema
