Hi,

We are using O365.

We need to recover a subfolder in a shared mailbox.  We tried the compliance management option but not able to export.  My account permission has been setup.

Please advise.

Also, is there another cloud product who do a better job in restoring subfolder for a mailbox in the cloud?

Thanks.

There is no way to actually recover a deleted subfolder, but the items should be within the "Recoverable Items" folder. You can restore the messages to the mailbox, but you would have to manually recreate the subfolder and move the items in there: http://community.office365.com/en-us/f/158/t/55544.aspx
