Shared mailbox

I have a shared mailbox that i can a user access to. the user only has review permissions, but the user can move mail from the shared mailbox to their own personal mailbox. they can't delete anything or send but they can move the mail (like a copy) to their mailbox. Is there a way to stop this. Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2010 SP2

Follow  the solution provided here. It should be the same procedure. Just need to change the permission.
