We are running Blackberry enterprise 10 and everything seems to be fine with universal devices ie iPhone, android but i can not activate blackberry from blackberry enterprise.
i have created the user which is a proper blackberry user with generated Password, i go through the process of activating which all seems to be fine its created my work space on blackberry but right at the end i get a message "Your account <email address> - <email address> cannot be authenticated with your service provider. Please make sure the account settings are correct". I have re-entered the password again, i have resetted the password and entered it again, i have wiped the blackberry and started everything again but i keep getting this message, the sim which i am using already has blackberry data plan with internet plan as well.
anything got to do with iPhone and android is working fine.
