Blackberry Bes10 - Your account <email address> - <email address> cannot be authenticated with your service provider.  Please make sure the account settings are correct

Hi,

We are running Blackberry enterprise 10 and everything seems to be fine with universal devices ie iPhone, android but i can not activate blackberry from blackberry enterprise.

i have created the user which is a proper blackberry user with generated Password, i go through the process of activating which all seems to be fine its created my work space on blackberry but right at the end i get a message "Your account <email address> - <email address> cannot be authenticated with your service provider.  Please make sure the account settings are correct". I have re-entered the password again, i have resetted the password and entered it again, i have wiped the blackberry and started everything again but i keep getting this message, the sim which i am using already has blackberry data plan with internet plan as well.

anything got to do with iPhone and android is working fine.

Have you verified the Exchange Features for the users AD Account so that Mobile services are enabled?
What does your mail profile BES10 Server look like?
Are  you using Exchange and what version?
Have you configured Blackberry Service Account on your Exchange?

Have you followed the installation and configuration guide?
