I’m stuck with “JUNK” with my Junk Email

Way back I set up with Junk Email folder.  I wanted to get rid of it but now I can't find him anywhere.  I have looked up on Exchange, Outlook, and my email; but I can't find them anywhere.  With my Junk Email folder automatically I get "JUNK", I can't rid of it.

How could I get rid of it off my exchange Office 365?

Thank you.

Set up options in Outlook for your Junl
Mail settings. Turn off all junk so that no mail goes to Junk. Empty your Junk folder and ignore it. That is what I do and have done for years. My mail is filtered elsewhere.

Thanks John,

I did turn off my "no automatic filtering", but, my "JUNK!!" still starts off for every junk things.  My problem is once in while good email will slip through; and then automatically it falls to "JUNK!!".  And then I have that with the normal email. I just wish I could get rid of the "JUNK!!" at all.

Thank you.

Is the problem with Exchange or Outlook. If Outlook, go to the Clean up and Junk section of the ribbon. Set the radio button to No Filtering. I think you have done this. Then in Safe Senders, check (select) Trust Contacts. I have both those set and nothing goes into Junk ever.

I found it. If you look in the "Exchange admin center" and then "protection", and then check at the "default", and then find "spam and bulk email actions".

It's all set.

I found it within "Exchange admin center".
