Exchange 2007 messages will not go into queue and get stuck in drafts in OWA
Exchange server 2007 (Running on Server 2008 Standard FE). Had a power outage last night and since bringing the server up today, can receive new messages but cannot send new messages. After troubleshooting for hours here is what I have tried. Messages never show up in queue, and on the outlook client they appear in the sent items as if they were sent. In outlook web access, when hitting send, message goes directly to drafts and is never sent. Cannot delete them out of drafts. Plenty of disk space (over 100GB) on each drive that has the database and queues. Have tried disabling back pressure. Tried disabling firewalls, spam filters, anti-virus, etc. Everything checks out ok on all the troubleshooters including message tracking etc. One note - Symantec Mail Security for Exchange 7.6.0.56 is installed on this server. (This server was configured by someone else) Any help would be appreciated.
