Trying to add a smart host

I'm trying to add a smart host in the Exchange 2013 EAC. When I click the + sign to add the smart host nothing happens.

Does anything else work when you click on similar buttons?
Are you using Internet Explorer or Chrome as the browser? If Chrome, you need to use IE.

If you Google for Chrome Exchange 2010 OWA you will find the reason it doesn't work. Google have disabled some functionality within their browser that was used by Exchange.
