This question is too vague to be actionable.   Give us a sample data set and what you are attempting to do with it, at a Barney-The-Big-Purple-Dinosaur level of complexity.

Best is to use an inline-table-valued function splitter, such as DelimitedSplit8K, then process the result as a table.
