I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Can you give me a screen shot of your computer.

It's a bit difficult to answer, because the screen shot of the other computer you have given has Outlook 2007. I need to see what your computer looks like to answer this bit.

I suspect the answer is: On the left-hand side there is a Folders word going up the screen. Click on it.

Unfortunately, you have not indicated what is the format of the data to the right of what you have provided, so here is my next guess:

View - Change View - Calendar.
