Juniper firmware update download

hello Experts
actually this is not question but need help from you
i need download the last update of SSG140 firewall firmware, although i have register on Juniper but the account is not being actived not sure whats wrong, so could someone of you help have download it from the following portal and share the package to me?

You need to have Juniper support to download the firmware (that is how I have done it in the past). We cannot upload firmware that we got via support to this site.

"We cannot" means "we are not allowed to". As John told, you need to straighten that out with Juniper JTAC.

if you gone through the step in account creation, you should have email notification on this as well..
