Images/media don't have taxonomy by default.  There are plugins that will add it:

does this mean that there is more data on the image
does this mean that there is more data on the image

after installing plugin

I went to media->images
wp-admin/upload.php

and clicked on the image

I can not remember old textboxes
Are these textboxes new because of plugin I installed?

No, that's the image metadata.  The taxonomy will appear on the media entry

1) Login to your site using the admin account
2) Look at left hand column of the resulting page.  It's a menu of options.
3) Hover on the word "Media" Choose "Library" when it pops up.
