Backup of Exchange Server 2007 SP2 on Windows Server 2008

Tried NTbackup.exe as suggested by EE-Expert (below) for Exchange Server backup 2007 SP2 on Windows Server 2008. This is not giving any option to select Exchange Server Backup.
It only shows all the folders on the machine.

That's right mate. Windows Server Backup just backs up the files. it will include the Exchange DB if you have selected the folder it is in but there is no special way to select it.
