What are your prestage content settings on your DP's set to?

I have not set the prestage yet. Not sure what it really does and how it works. I googled for it but never found a good explanation.

How does it work?

thanks
From what I understand PreStaging is used to save bandwidth so you DP's can cache content and only downlaod what they do not have...

So how do I automatically push packages to all dp's and be able to delete certain packages from all dps?
Send a package to one DP is easy: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb632672.aspx but to many at once I am thing maybe a powershell script but still thinking about this
