I have a user who, 4 times in the last month has claimed that some number of messages disappeared from her Inbox in Outlook and were in her Deleted items.
Claims neither she nor her delegate(s) deleted these items.
Confirmed she has no rules established that would do this. Confirmed as well that the messages were < 2 weeks old so not the JUNK folder process.
We have no other processes in place that automatically delete messages.
Confirmed no corruption.
The question is, is there any way to tell who deleted a message and when it was deleted?
