Where on a win 2008 server r2 do I change the admin password and the passwords of other domain/administrations?  And how do I add another domain (I can do everything) account?

control panel -> administrative tools -> computer management -> local users and groups
if a domain, control panel -> administrative tools -> active directory users and computers
