Need help with Excel chart, changing colors under three conditions

I got great help from EE here, to get a donation "thermometer" bar chart, to change colors on the donations bar if donations exceeds the goal.

I'd like to have three colors:
- Red if under $2,000
- Yellow if under $5,000
- Green if over $5,000

see attached for the yellow and green part.

hey, please find attached.

it has a worksheet event vba code. so it works with vba enabled.
