Cisco asa logging lists
Cisco asa 5510. 8.2.5
I keep getting an error message when trying to modify a logging list on my asa. The error is
'Can not modify logging list notify-test while in use'
Even after I disable logging or try to even delete the list I'll still get the same error and I can't find a command to disable the list.
Does and expert have any solutions for this? I can create new lists but I'd prefer to keep my config clean. Thanks.

I have tried deleting the list by using the 'no logging list notify-test' but it just says "error: ca not modify logging list notify-test while in use"
The output of 'show run | incl notify-test' give me this
logging list notify-test message 605004
logging list notify-test message 305012
logging monitor notify-test
The output of 'show run | incl notify-test' give me this
logging list notify-test message 605004
logging list notify-test message 305012
logging monitor notify-test
no logging list notify-test message 605004
no logging list notify-test message 305012
no logging monitor notify-test
no logging list notify-test message 305012
no logging monitor notify-test

Still the same message 'error: can not modify logging list notify-test while in use'
i am starting to think a reboot is necessary as it shouldn't be this difficult. It won't let me do it from the asdm either.

none of the provided responses resolved my issue
Have you try deleting the list by using no logging list notify-test (assuming that is the correct name for the logging list)
