All of the mailboxes migrated successfully, licenses applied, and users synced to active directory. &nbsp;I have the lastest version of Dirsync installed from here <a href="http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=278924" rel="ugc nofollow">http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=278924</a>&nbsp;and obviously password sync is enabled(hybrid deployment is not)<br />

I'm running out of ideas on things to try. &nbsp;I can change other attributes like city, state and they are synced successfully. &nbsp;Any help would be greatly appreciated. &nbsp;The only reason i want to use dirsync is for the password sync feature!

All of the mailboxes migrated successfully, licenses applied, and users synced to active directory.  I have the lastest version of Dirsync installed from here http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=278924 and obviously password sync is enabled(hybrid deployment is not)

I'm running out of ideas on things to try.  I can change other attributes like city, state and they are synced successfully.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  The only reason i want to use dirsync is for the password sync feature!
