I am looking for a powershell script to list the OfflineAction parameter for all VMs in a cluster.

I know how to get a single value:

Get-ClusterResource "Virtual Machine vmname" | Get-ClusterParameter OfflineAction

But how do I get them for all VMs on a cluster.

Thanks

Here you go:
Get-ClusterResource | ?{$_.ResourceType.Name -eq "Virtual Machine"} | Get-ClusterParameter OfflineAction
