Does HTML and CSS without Javascript allow one HTML and CSS to control' the  color attribute  depending on another HTML control's radio button clicked state? I read CSS3 the missing manual Fully Revised 5th edition Covers HTMl5 by Mr. Davis Sawyer McFarland an dit says nothing thsi question.
    Please be patient with me as I just stated my Experts Exchange Business Membership account.  PLease let me know about any books or magazine or Discussion Boards discussing this topic.

No, you would need javascript for that.  The only actions that CSS can control are for the 'pseudo-element' attributes for hover and visited.  HTML and CSS are not programming languages that make decisions but javascript is.  This page covers the pseudo-classes:  http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_pseudo_classes.asp
