Change the look of Office 365

Hi Guys,

I have just moved to office365 and at the moment when I log in it looks like Outlook.com how do I get it looking like the attached?

Click on the Settings icon > and then click on Change theme

You can also create a custom theme and apply it to all of your Office 365 users. See this article for more information: http://blogs.office.com/2014/09/02/personalize-office-365-experience-selecting-themes/

Yes,

I saw that but I cant see the theme that is the same as attached?

Seems like the theme in your attached picture is only available in Exchange 2010 and not Office 365 then. Just logged into an Outlook Web App on an Exchange 2010 server and I can see that theme but I can't see it in Office 365.
