Brand new simple vcenter 5.5 install gets this error

I am not sure what is up this is on the local vm on the vcenter server itself and I get this whenever i try to login

What login account are you using?

Did you try the Administrator ecosphere.local SSO account?

Then you need to add Active Directory authentication source and then add AD accounts and permissions to vCenter
