Are you showing all processes or just a few? &nbsp;I would expect you aren't seeing all the processes that are running and eating up the memory.<br />

Usually on SBS, it is SQL chewing up the memory as the default configuration allows it to use as much memory as it wants.<br />

Have a read of the following blog and set the memory for the Windows Internal SQL Database to something closer to 2Gb:<br />

I have a SBS 2011 server (ML350 G6 10k SAS drives) with 24GB memory installed, My SQL Application (Console) and the server generally is running really slow. I have checked the memory usage and it sits right up at 99%. The strange thing is the individual processes don't use much at all.<br />
for example the exchange store only uses 187 MB which i would expect to sit in the gigabyte range. Even SQL uses less that i would have expected. The highest memory usage is the IIS worker process with 210 and 187MB subsequently. There are 208 processes running. Not sure what is going on.<br />
Any ideas to isolate the problems. Thanks
