"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This should be fine, in theory. Take a backup of the Citrix server then try this: install Office 2010 Standard without Outlook, then install the Outlook Professional Plus standalone product on top of it. If it doesn't work, restore from your backup then install Office 2010 with Outlook, then install the standalone version of Outlook on top. If you get prompted to upgrade Outlook, do so.
