I'm sorry Mai, but Jack is asking for an Automated way to create a voicemail for every single user of their location, and to make it so that it includes the date in it, not how to use or create a voicemail greeting in the traditional way.

Unified Communications - Automated Voicemail?

IP telephony (Internet Protocol telephony) is a general term for the technologies that use the Internet Protocol's packet-switched connections to exchange voice, fax, and other forms of information that have traditionally been carried over the dedicated circuit-switched connections of the public switched telephone network (PSTN). Voice recognition applications include voice user interfaces such as voice dialling (e.g. "Call home"), call routing (e.g. "I would like to make a collect call"), appliance control, search, simple data entry, preparation of structured documents, speech-to-text processing, and aircraft (usually termed Direct Voice Input).
