I had my main print server go down and now I am trying to get everyone up on the old one. I am some issues, I am geting this message with I try to install several of the network printer.
Windows cannot connect to the printer "Operation failed with error 0x000007e"

Please close the ticket, I have re-created all the network printers and working great
It sounds like you, likely have windows 7 or newer clients, which would need a different driver than what is supported by 2k3. On the machines you get this error, you will need to install the manufacturer drivers directly on the client machines. You might at that point be able to use the 2k3 box as the print server on "some" printers, but unlikely on all. (Color will give you a real issue)
