Hi,

I am trying below challenge

I wrote code as below

public String makeOutWord(String out, String word) {
  return out+word+out;
}

How to fix and improve my code. Please advise

Note: use str.substring(i, j) to extract the String starting at index i and going up to but not including index j.

makeOutWord("<<>>", "WooHoo") → "<<WooHoo>>"      "<<WooHoo>>"      OK         
makeOutWord("[[]]", "word") → "[[word]]"      "[[word]]"      OK
