How can I extract a Windows 2012 KB update for use on another Windows 2012 server

I installed a Windows Multipoint 2012 server in Africa where there is no internet (so no updates).
I also run an identical Multipoint 2012 server here in the UK which is updated automatically.
I would like to extract KB2864239 (cumulative Rollup update R2) from my server here and take it to Africa on a USB drive to update them. Possibly other updates as well - but this one specifically fixes an issue they are having.

This update is ONLY available through windows update so I cannot download it.

Is this possible and, if so, how?

Thanks

You can also,
Install a WSUS server in that location,
and set up one in the UK, then setup replication, so you can continue to update the server on the other end just like you would any windows server.

You may want to look at the WSUS Offline Updater http://download.wsusoffline.net/.
It should allow you to burn the update packages to an ISO.

I found it here, one of these others should help as well: https://www.raymond.cc/blog/offline-windows-update/

Michael,
Thanks I forgot to mention the offline portion of that.. LOL..
At any rate, you can use that ISO to populate the WSUS on the Africa side, which would allow a repository of windows updates, should you install another server, or need to update clients, you could mail them the DVD's with the updates every few months to keep them up to date..

Thank you.
Managed to get the Rollup 2 from repository.
Then downloaded Portable Updater and downloaded all the updates (liked it because it also updates the Windows Updates list on remote PC)
And just for good measure did the same with WSUS

I'm flying out tomorrow so I now have enough to fix the problem
