I am getting a lot of errors on this Windows Server 2008 r2 server, but I think this is a good place to start as we are getting replication errors as well. Here is the syntax of the error:

The Kerberos client received a KRB_AP_ERR_MODIFIED error from the server server03$. The target name used was LDAP/SERVER03.corp.bhhc/corp.bhhc@corp.BHHC.

Can you post a printscreen from the error for me?

Ummm. Is there any reason why a machine would not boot up after running the klist purge command and resetting the domain computer account?

Neither of these affect the operating system's ability to boot.  Do you receive any errors trying to boot up this computer?

Ended up being a parity memory error. I didn't think this would affect booting, but thought I'd ask.

The links were spot on except for one thing. The Kerbtray.exe utility has been replaced with the klist command. I needed to run klist purge. Once I did that, (as well as the other steps) the Event has stopped occurring.
