User cannot edit calendar entries for a resource mail box

We have a user who is a delegate of the Resource Mailbox, and also has been assigned Send As permissions for the mailbox.  She is able to create new events in the calendar without issue, but then cannot go back to edit or delete any events, whether she was the creator of them or not.  The just gets an error message indicating that she does not have permissions.  There are 2 other users that have the same permissions to the mailbox, and do not have the same issues.

We have tried to give the user Full permissions to the Mailbox, and it has not affected things.  We also have tried removing the permissions and re-adding them for the mailbox with no joy.
