hi experts,

i upgraded outlook from 2010 to 2013 and now i'm getting this error every time I open outlook. see attached filed.

I assume you have WinZip installed and apparently installed with WinZip Courier. Uninstall WinZip completely and then install WinZip but not Courier. Then go to Outlook and remove any WinZip add-ins.
