The command (Get-MSOLCompanyInformation).DirectorySynchronizationStatus is still returning "PendingDisabled" after the 72 hour window.
The command (Get-MSOLCompanyInformatio n).Directo rySynchron izationSta tus is still returning "PendingDisabled" . I am now well over the 72 hour window.
I ran DirSync before running my final incremental sync on a cutover migration(mistake).
All o365/exchange online users have a mailbox/license and password hashes are synced. Should I delete all tenant users from o365 before directory synchronization has fully disabled? Once all o365 tenant users have been delete from active users/recycle bin, will those mailboxes be purged and recreated successfully when I initiate another cutover migration?

resolved by purging accounts and restarting migration
Alternatively, you can indeed delete those users and purge them from the recycle bin, but you will have to wait for the migration then.
