Can't help much but tell you what the error message says.
Go and check for error in the EventLog.

Dear Vitor,

EVERY THING WAS RUNNING FINE TILL

We have changed the permission of MSDTC from NETWORK SERVICES TO DOMAIN USER.

The MSDTC service must run under the NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService Windows account.
You can read all here in MSDN article.

Go and change back the service account and restart the MSDTC service. Isn't working anyway.

Check the EventLog now. There must be some entries relating to the error.

Forgot to ask. You started the MSDTC by bringing it online in the cluster administration tool, right? If you didn't then you must do it there. Do not start the service in the Windows Services because it's a cluster.

I think the MSDTC disk is not working.

Can you please confirm how can we check the disk?

Try to move the MSDTC group to the other node and check if it works there.

Sure. Just delete the problematic one before so SQL Server won't try to use it.

Special thanks.

1) Did we need to close SQL cluster ?
2) Did we need to close secondry server shut down ?
2a) while  working new MSDTC service on primary server ?

3) After creating new MSDTC service do we need to VALIDATE SQL cluster with the new MSDTC service for synchronization ?

4) DID SQL CLUSTER SURVIVE when NEW MSDTC service will create ?

Thanks

If you create an own group to MSDTC service you won't need to worry with SQL Server, since won't affect it.

After creating the new MSDTC you just need to validate if it works on both nodes and then do a test with your T-SQL code. Isn't expected any downtime for SQL Server or machines.

You need a MSDTC for handling Distributed Transactions. Isn't necessary to be clustered. You can install a local MSDTC in each node. Will also work.
