Under Cube Designer --> Dimension Usage , click the intersection of Product and Product Forecast to show the attached relationship.

For the Granularity attribute "Subcategory", is it equivalent to ProductSubcategory key in Dimension column but it has been renamed to "Subcategory" ?

You have said that that is the intersection of Product and Product Forecast. It appears to be the intersection of the Subcategory dimension and the Forecast measure group table instead.

Sorry, should be ProductForecast (Fact table) & ProductSubCategory. So for the Granularity attribute "Subcategory", is it equivalent to ProductSubcategory key in Dimension column but it has been renamed to "Subcategory" ?

Yes, probably. You will find that something, probably ProductSubcategoryKey, has been renamed in the Dimension.

You are currently in Cubes - go to Dimensions in Solution Explorer and explore either the dimensions labelled Product - it depends on how it has been set up. Anyway, in Attributes, you will find that something has been renamed as Subcategory.

Click on that attribute, and have a look at its Properties, specifically Source - KeyColumns.
