Internet inaccessible from instance

Hello,

we recently created a Linux instance but the instance can't resolve domain names. And when I sent ping packet receive the following error:
Error [ec2-user@ip-172-31-31-214 ~] $ ping google.com Ping: unknown host google.com

Below are details of the Instance:
Instances ID: i-a9e81ea5
Instance type: t2.micro

Please help us resolve the issue as no internet access is available to the instance.

Use some name server (/etc/resolv.conf)
