Need a service or software to allow email signup on a web page

I am trying to help a local deli. They want to leave out a tablet or a computer, and have customers use it to sign up to receive the daily menu and specials list.  They don't even need a name - just an email.  All they want is that when the customer submits the email address, the saved address will be emailed to them.

Can somebody recommend a simple (and economical) software or service that can do this?

Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This worked out perfectly for me!  No coding required, and the price is right!   Free for small mailings.

This  was just what I needed.  No programming. Other great features should I need them.
