Adding office 2010 admx template to GPMC and getting errors now

Im trying to install the 2010 office template. So I created a central store named "policydefinitions" under \\domain\sysvol\domain\policies.  I added the admx files to the root of the "policydefinition folder". And created a folder "EN-US" and added the adm files to that folder.

Now when I go to edit a gpo I get an error parsing. I attached screenshot. What did I do wrong?

Make sure you actually have your folders set up properly with the correct set of files.  The EN-US folder has to be inside the PolicyDefinitions folder and the files in the EN-US folder must be ADML files, not ADM. ADML are the language files, ADM are the older version of the policy definition files. Also, the main folder has to be named "PolicyDefinitions" (with an "s" on the end).
